We will accept returns within fourteen days of receipt and in the original packaging.
Postage, shipping and handling charges are not reimbursable unless we have sent the wrong item.
Pre-approval of returns is required, please email us immediately if the item is damaged or incorrect.
You must have a return authorisation from Holland House prior to return.
Events Refund Policy:
Should you have booked an event at Holland House and it is subsequently cancelled (by us) then you will receive a full refund within 14 days of the cancellation date.
