Felt making with Maggie Swain
Day includes tuition, morning coffee, two course home made lunch, afternoon tea
Materials used will be charged extra
Programme:
Making hand rolled felt and simple pre-felts for decorative applications.
Colour layering with fibres
Creating line and pattern with novelty yarns
Making cords and felt balls
Please bring an apron and rubber gloves.
One or two plastic bags - (supermarket type)
Any decorative wool fibres and novelty yarns you may have - to incorporate into the felt and experiment with.
A note book and pencil.
